Pick a slot
Open your pass, choose a service, then choose the local pro and a preferred date window.
We send the request
The pro gets the job with your address and preferred window. You get a note when they confirm.
The slot stamps itself
Once a service is requested it's marked used for the year. Everything stays in one quiet feed.

What counts as a membership year?
Twelve months from the day your pass activates. All 17 services reset on your renewal date.
Can I use the same service twice?
No — each of the 17 services is included once per year. That's what keeps the pass at $349.
Who does the work?
Independent King County companies on the Home Roster roster. You pick which one from a shortlist.
Do I pay the pro?
Not for the included visit. Extra work you approve on site is between you and the pro.
